To personalize your experience and improve customer service: Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs and more effectively respond to your service and support requests.
To send you service messages by text or email or to call you: The email address you provide when placing an order will be used to send you information and updates pertaining to your order. In addition, your phone number will be shared with the shipping carrier so they can reach out to you regarding your delivery.

The website is hosted on Shopify, https://shopify.com/ and the transactions are processed by Stripe, https://stripe.com/ and Maksekeskus, https://maksekeskus.ee. We give Shopify, Stripe and Maksekeskus access to personal information necessary for processing your transaction.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE USE:
Your payment information: bank account number, our unique transaction code,
transaction information, payment card details, name of bank. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
You will be able to enter your payment details at the time of placing your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, Mastercard). KODAS reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data that you have provided correlates with the address data of the credit or debit card. KODAS may refuse orders depending on the result of these controls. In light of the above, it is advisable to make sure that you have sufficient funds on your credit or debit card before you place your order. Credit card companies may block foreign online purchases for security reasons why you need to contact your credit card company and ask them to remove such blocks if applicable.

HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
We’ll only hold on to your information for as long as you are a customer. If you no longer wish to be a customer, you can contact us at email@example.com and request to delete all the information we have on you.
In case of purchases without a user account, your personal information will be stored for 6 months after your purchase. After that your personal information will be deleted.
